To use my marketing and communication skills in an international company, in a three-month work placement, starting at en end of January 2008

I am currently looking for a three-month communication / marketing work placement (30/01/08 to 03/05/08)

I helped moving an entire department to a new network location. In order to do that, I reconfigured DHCP servers, I created new subnets, vLAN, and I entered manually the phone IP addresses

I studied the MPLS technology (MultiProtocol Label Switching)

I did several reports on the network security, to get the PCI DSS certification (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)

I connected Apple Macs to the company network

I participated in drawing up of the 2007 budget

I analysed the reasons of the important rates of loss of packaging and raw materials, and I produced a report to suggest how to reduce them

I collected cheques and inputed them by computer

I checked the customer accounts and I helped solving a financial issue

I helped setting up a loyalty card

I assisted the secretary, by keying handling the phone switchboard

I also worked a bit in the call centre phone to take orders
